Follow this 44yr old family man from Kent England, as he struggles to carve out a living online using the teachings of he’s main mentor Alex Jefferys of: Marketingwithyou.com, in the hope it will finally free him from job hell.
Rob’s main aim is to build a size-able list of quality subscribers that he can use to forge a strong relationship with to help & guide people who wish to follow the same path in creating their very own sustainable online business. While also making occasional quality recommendations of various products & services that will greatly improve their business building ability & websites attraction.
Yes the occasional recommendations Rob makes in he’s blog’s posts he will be affiliated with that product, & therefore receive a commission payment if products are purchased through he’s links, but this can not be derided as a bad thing when he is actually recommending very good products to help he’s subscribers and at the same time earn a new living to provide for himself & young family. The vast majority of Robs blog post are free content and just diary /weekly journey, thoughts & feelings as he try’s to make he’s blog the main hub of a online business he hopes will give him long-term financial security, & finally let him escape
a job he no longer wishes to do long-term, particularly as that job is very insecure & does not hold the interest it once did for him.
You’ll find most of Rob’s posts will be quite short, as he treats he’s bloggling in more of a twitter micro blogging type style.
Although endearing, Rob does admit he’s not a natural writer & does struggle to sometimes make “readable interesting post”. Having said that he is a determined character & hopes you will join him on he’s journey to freedom where’s he’s happy to receive advice as well as give. If he makes it, you’ll invited to the party he’s planning to have one day in celebration of he’s new found life. See you there!!

The Art of Being A Leader - How To Develop into A Better Leader With These Eight Tips
By Royland Lon
Saying the proper factor at the correct time. If you wish to make a speech attention-grabbing, take care of what you say. Stupid jokes and lousy humor could make folks lose respect for you, and some purchasers may suppose twice about working with you if you blurt out silly bits of irrelevant nonsense.
Be impartial. If your workers have an argument, it’s important to step in however hear both sides of the story. You can not seem to be biased towards one facet or it could affect employee morale.
Giving your subordinates a part to play. Some choices taken will require the experience of sure staff, thus your challenge is how to get them involved. Have meetings where each person’s role is discussed, then allot specific roles to each person and allow them to maximize their potential for the business.
Be proud however not prideful. There is a difference. You can be proud of your accomplishments however to stuff them down individuals’s throat everyday is prideful. Don’t do this or your team members and subordinates might rebel against you one day.
Openness to your own weaknesses - A frontrunner needs to be open and aware when it comes to managing their subordinates. You can’t assume that everyone is aware of what you’re thinking of or understands your plans a hundred%, that is why rationalization desires to be done as and when necessary.
There’s no need for explanation. The a lot of you are trying to explain your decision, the more your subordinate will assume that you’re being indecisive and he/she can attempt to counter you. Do not provide them that chance.
Listen. I cannot emphasize this enough because all nice leaders are open to chastisement here and there. Of course, sift the wheat from the weeds when doing so. You may want to discern constructive criticism from that which is apparent rubbish.
Discernment. I’m not talking about non secular information here, however the ability to know what path to take under pressure and with limited resources. As a result of sensible leaders discern then take calculated risks, not foolishly charging in.
