Tourism: (adwords) Antidote for Sick BPO Service

The answering sector got into some trouble during the lean months. The projects were not really rolling out for them because companies did not have enough money to hire phone answering service. Thats when many of the inbound call center units relied on tourism projects. These projects never faded from the horizon, always proving a ray of hope to the call centers that ran short of projects.

Tourists were benefited in the process because they had help at hand in the form of BPO units offering support. They could call up the help lines just about any time of the day and night. The countries that offered this BPO service received additional revenues from the tourism sector. A case in point is the South African tourism department. They made some rich winnings from the month-long FIFA World Cup that was held there.

The call center sector is the right choice for the tourism department. Callers who try the phone lines generally want specific information in the shortest possible time. Only professionally trained inbound call center agents suit the bill. The answering service department of tourism has to be right and precise in their information dissemination because what they say becomes directions to people who may be lost in the wilderness.

Failure to assess the situation and act accordingly gives off the wrong impression about the hospitality and efficiency of the country itself. In such disappointing cases, the tourists will scarcely want to visit that place again. That would mean a cut in the revenues earned from tourism. No wonder, then, that the department is serious about which BPO they are working with. The wrong choice of BPO service could result in losses that can run up to the millions.

Information dissemination is only one part of the answering service for the tourism department. The state also approves and wants to promote certain packages and services for tourists. The inbound call center agents job is to push these across to the tourists who call. You may say that this is nothing short of hard selling. But you have to keep in mind that the tourists are not likely to know what tourist packages are there for grabs.

It may be that the services will only benefit them and make their travel far more convenient. The task of the tourism BPO is to make them aware of what choices they have on their hands. The correct tour packages from the BPO service run by the government may just prevent them from running into fraudulent private players.

The call center for the tourism department can educate the tourist about the salient features of the country. The inbound call center agents can inform the tourists about places, sites and even restaurants that are not mentioned in the travel books or websites but pack in a mean punch. You can always rely on the tourists instinct to try something that other tourists dont! Using this psychology as an advantage, the smart BPO agent can convince the tourist to buying something from the tourist department.

We provide answering service support to all call center projects. Take a tour of our website for the details of our BPO prices.

You Mean I Really Can Have Nearly Zero Attrition in my Downline?

By Garry Kerr

Do you think the traditional mlm opportunity you’re working is a simple program to duplicate? How many new distributors within your program fail to grow a substantial downline? I bet it’s like the norm for most programs, around 95% or more of your new network marketing distributors fail to build a downline. Does that ring true for you?

You very well may be doing ok; then again, you could be ready to pull the plug on mlm in general. Truthfully, it doesn’t really add up to much of a difference though. You are still being negatively influenced by the attrition rate. Most of the distributors you sponsored are just not able to make network marketing work for them. Sound familiar?

Could it simply be not working the biz hard enough or could it be something else which causes them to fail? You can hardly attribute lack of determination and effort as the cause of failure within all of the 95% who fail in network marketing. So what is the root cause for this excessive failure ratio?

It could be attrition which must be caused by the way traditional network marketing is designed and structured. Think about it - not every person is destined to be a proficient sales person. However, it is an expected requirement in the field of network marketing. Quite different than someone who owns a “brick and mortar” business, that too, requires sales to continue to operate. The manager of such a company rarely relies on his or her own talent to market. So consequently, they hire salespeople to accomplish that task.

Might you possibly hire a sales team to perform the activity of recruiting intended for you? In the sphere of a standard MLM configuration - it would be quite impractical. Why would the salesman build your matrix when they might equally well build their own? Plus - each one of those MLM associates participating in your downline is as well expected to recruit - so are they all going to hire sales people? You can undoubtedly understand the logistics…

Admittedly - over the years I have pondered on how it would be possible to better improve MLM. How could one possibly create a system that would eliminate the areas that cause such rampant failure in the traditional MLM model?

Imagine my surprise when I stumble upon the news that such a system does exist!

Apparently a collection of superstar recruiters has accomplished exactly that mlm recruiting approach. They claim it is a method whereby you - the mlm associate - does not personally recruit. It is instead safely left within the hands of superstar recruiters within a special marketing system to complete.

I went ahead and checked it out thoroughly. Here is what I discovered: It is not an mlm company. Instead - it is a method that makes mlm success a virtual certainty for everybody using this method. But it is far more than simply a fool proof way of recruiting new mlm associates. It digs much deeper into the fundamental problems that plague traditional mlm.

Areas of concern like:

(1) Insufficient immediate profits while your downline is growing are dealt with within this amazing system. Associates using this method find they are earning a good sum of money within days of implementing it. That is a quantity of ready money you can deposit back into your business and grow it larger in record time.

(2) Concrete help and guidance provided by superstar recruiters to help you - the inexperienced associate accomplish all the correct moves to develop their downline and their profits. You would be surprised how many brand new mlm associates do not get out of the starting gate - simply due to not knowing how to accomplish that.

(3) Getting guidance that warns against traditional mlm dogma - making that directory of 100 individuals you know to go flog your mlm opportunity to whilst you are brand new - wet behind the ears - vunerable and ineffective in your delivery of this or that mlm opportunity. This traditional mlm methodology of contacting friends and family does more to slay the enthusiasm of brand new mlm associates than anything. It often serves to distance friendships the new mlm associate had in their circle of influence. Friendships that possibly are now strained - how is that a practical strategy?

Receiving the desirable and efficient help by superstar recruiters who already know what it takes to build profit producing downlines and actually removing the compulsory obligation of personal recruitment of new mlm associates is what is crucial to ensuring that this mlm recruiting system works for one and all.

It is not hand holding. Every mlm associate still has their tasks to accomplish to make their business a success. Frankly, to ensure a duplicatable method endures - it was found to be essential to remove the duty of personal recruitment simply due to the truth that over 95% of new mlm associates and the public in general - lack the natural skill to sell themselves to their prospect.

It is a crucial element in sales - in recruiting - in public relations. Recognizing that it is not everyone’s strong point to be a salesperson and providing a solution within this system - is fundamental to its amazing success.

What degree of success can you expect when implementing this method? I wouldn’t want to venture a predicition since I only know how it has worked for me. What I will do is let you in on how it has improved my mlm career. I’m no slouch or rank amateur when it comes to working an mlm - even so - I was totally conditioned to accept that only 5% or so of new mlm associates I recruited would actually succeed in traditional mlm. So you can well imagine how shocked I was when this system produced an amazing 98% rate of success for me.

I’ve had as high as 98 people out of 100 this mlm system recruited for me succeed in their quest to build a strong downline. And I do have to say - I personally didn’t recruit any of these new associates. As difficult as it is to adopt a hands off approach - simply because I’ve been doing mlm the old way for so long - I now simply let this amazing mlmsystem do the recruiting for me.

Anyway, if this method of doing mlm is something you desire to find out more about - there is a link in the field of my bio box that will afford you added information. I would only ask one thing of you. If you are going to check it out - don’t expect to get the full picture of how and why it works unless you thoroughly examine it from start to finish. The way they go about explaining it may seem a bit long winded. Trust me though - you will fully understand why they explain it in the manner that they do and I’ll guarantee - it will bring a smile to your face. http://simurl.com/MEGA_5
